Terms and conditions
Contractual terms for using FSPreif
1 Scope and provider
The provider and contracting party is Jordi Bravo, 8, Rue de Stavelot, L-2553 Luxembourg. These terms apply to every contract for the use of FSPreif in the version in force when the contract is concluded.
2 Description of the service
FSPreif provides an AI-supported simulation of the Fachsprachprüfung followed by an assessment report. The service is language training; it is not clinical training, not medical advice and not an examination. No particular exam result is owed or promised.
3 Conclusion of contract and account
Both the free simulation and paid access require an account with a verified email address.
4 Prices and access periods
Access for 30 days at 79 €, for 60 days at 119 € and for 90 days at 149 €, each as a one-off payment. No subscription is created and no automatic renewal takes place. All prices include applicable VAT.
5 Payment and invoicing
Payment is a single payment taken before access is activated. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider Stripe; the contracting party for the service remains the provider named above. The invoice is emailed immediately after payment and stays available in your account.
6 Fair use
Up to five complete simulations per day are available per account. The limit protects the service against abusive use.
7 End of the access period
When the booked days run out, access to new simulations ends. History and reports already generated remain readable.
8 Right of withdrawal for digital content
Before activation, consumers expressly confirm that performance should begin before the withdrawal period expires and that the right of withdrawal lapses once performance begins. Details are in the withdrawal policy.
9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual duty, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability is otherwise excluded. FSPreif owes a training service, not a particular exam result.
10 Final provisions
Luxembourg law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer is habitually resident remain unaffected. If a provision is invalid, the rest of the contract stays in force.
