Withdrawal policy for consumers
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
Exercising the right
Send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to: Jordi Bravo, 8, Rue de Stavelot, L-2553 Luxembourg, email: kontakt@fspreif.com. Sending it before the deadline expires is enough to meet the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal all payments received are refunded without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days, using the same means of payment as the original transaction.
Early expiry for digital content
The right of withdrawal expires early where the consumer has expressly agreed that performance should begin before the withdrawal period ends and has acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal. This acknowledgement is obtained before access is activated.
